The patient demographics sheet contains patient's personal information such as patient name, Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth (DOB), gender, insurance coverage details etc that is collected from the patient at the doctor's front office during the service. Patient Demographics information may also be received along with the Charge Sheets and Super Bills if not received separately as Patient Demographic sheets.

Copies of the patient insurance card are scanned into the system. By looking into the insurance card and the face sheet Aspir'e will key in the information into the software. Any changes in patient demographics and recent updates like changes in the insurance, patient address, contact numbers will update as per the client advice. Same process will be carried out for a new patient by creating a new account.
